AkzoNobel to double capacity Ningbo

AMSTERDAM - AkzoNobel's Specialty Chemicals business has entered the next phase of a major expansion at its organic peroxides facility in Ningbo, China, which will increase production capacity by more than 100% by the third quarter of 2018. Thailand's PTT to enter hotel industry

SINGAPORE - Hospitality consultant, HVS International, reports that Thailand’s national oil and gas conglomerate, PTT Plc, is revisiting plans to build budget hotels at its petrol stations throughout the country. This move comes in a bid to diversify and strengthen the company’s non-oil business, and avoid risks associated with oil price fluctuations. PTT is considering having 50 budget hotels built.......
