JAKARTA - According to Indonesia’s statistical agency, Badan Pusat Statistik, the share of expenditure of the low, middle and high income groups in the nations’s economy has actually seen a deterioration since 1976. The share of the top 20% income earners in consumer expenditure has grown with 15.4% between 1976 and March 2013 to 49.04% whereas the share of the bottom 40% has declined with 13.8% to 16.9%....
